If this is your first massage, you may feel a little nervous...,
Many first-time clients ask us:
What should I wear?
Will it hurt?
Do I have to talk?
What if I don't know what to do?
The good news is that your massage therapist will guide you through everything. Your only job is to relax.
First Massage Tips
When you arrive, your therapist will ask a few simple questions:
Are you experiencing any pain?
Do you have any injuries or medical conditions?
What pressure do you prefer?
Which areas would you like us to focus on?
This short conversation helps us customize the massage just for you.

During the Massage
Your therapist will leave the room while you get comfortable on the massage table.
You will always be professionally draped with a sheet or blanket, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered.
You can:
Close your eyes
Take deep breaths
Talk if you'd like
Stay completely quiet
There is no "right" way to enjoy a massage.
If Something Doesn't Feel Right
Please speak up anytime.
You can ask for:
More pressure
Less pressure
A warmer room
A different position
Extra attention to a certain area
Your comfort is always our priority.
After Your Massage
When your session is finished, take your time getting up.
Drink plenty of water and enjoy the relaxed feeling.
Many people notice:
Less muscle tension
Better movement
Reduced stress
A calmer mind
